Update Your Profile and Access Your Contribution Statement and the Parish Directory

It is really easy.  First, go to the login page of ChurchTrac, our online parish data management system: https://churchtraconline.com/member_access.php?church=4017511747.  Second, enter your email address (if we don’t have your email address or it has changed, please let Kathy know so that we have the correct one in the system).  Third, click on the link to have a passcode sent to your email address.  Once received, that will be your passcode every time you wish to access the system.  Once you have access, you can update/correct your profile (information that the church keeps, such as address, telephone, birth date, etc.) and add information.  If you wish to have your cell phone be your primary telephone (or that of a family member), you can designate it as such.  Among the menu options, you will see that you can view your contribution statement, save it to your computer, or print it any time that you wish.  The same is true for the parish directory.  Both will be up-to-date.  We will make paper copies for those without email addresses or internet access.  If you have any difficulty with these instructions, either Becky (rsillima@bu.edu) or Kathy (751-1747) will be happy to walk you through them.
